;)Learning to release and each time you find yourself worry or have fear put an x on paper, write down your worries and fears then put the paper in the freezer so we can freeze them. A friend to help you is also great, they can help you when they see you worry and remind you to release those worries up.....
Negative energy, when you feel negative energy around remove yourself from it, it only drains your energy and makes you feel negative. Sometimes we dont realize the negative around us until we get hurt, so early signs as hard as it is just remove yourself.
Yesterday is gone tommorrow isnt here, be in the Now and try enjoying each breath seeing the beauty within and around you.
What you think about constantly you attract, release the thoughts of what if, or how come? Think I am, I am all that is, I am a healer, I am powerful, I am love, I am.
